The Colorado Corral Ranch Race Clinic September 18, 2010

This year we added a clinic to the Ranch Race to give any of the participants a chance to work their horses on the obstacles and get great instruction on anything they needed help with.  The clinic started at 10am and ended at 3pm.  Well worth the $50 for the day.  Some people stayed a little later to work a little more.  Kathy Clock of Ft. Collins started out with everyone working through the pattern work.  Julie Phillips of Jubilee Horse Company at Bridlewood joined us to take a second group to a set of obstacles.  We worked through all of the obstacles that we would encounter the next day.  Then, after lunch, Shane Alapai of Alapai Training Solutions in Conifer helped folks with their roping technique and cattle work.  Thank you to the clinicians and riders!!!  See pictures on the website -
